Head Coach – Travis Ferguson |
Travis Ferguson founded Impact and serves as its Club Director. As a starting setter, Travis led his High School team to three district championships, two state championships, and one state runner-up. He was named district MVP twice and earned the State Player of the Year Award in 1992. He continued setting at UC San Diego before transferring to Cal State Northridge, where he started as the setter of the 4th ranked team in NCAA Division 1. Upon graduating from CSUN Travis started teaching at his high school alma mater where he had been coaching volleyball since 1993. Travis was the head coach of the girls program there from 1998-2003 and head coach of the boys from 2001-2006, before moving to Texas. He coached multiple district championship teams, and his girl’s team took the state championship in 1998. Travis’ former players have gone on to receive scholarships in many Division 1 programs including UCLA, USC, Syracuse, UCSB, Cal State Northridge, Pepperdine, BYU and Cal Berkley. His players have achieved recognition both as NCAA Division 1 champions and internationally as professional volleyball players. | |

Head Coach – Deedee Toler |
Deanna Toler is entering her 4th year at Impact. She has been teaching and coaching volleyball for 20 years. She currently the varsity coach at Mesquite High School. Deanna started out assisting a volleyball program in Mexia, Texas and moved on to be the head coach at Robinson High School. In 1996 the Waco Tribune named Deanna the Cen-Tex Coach of the Year. She has coached numerous All State players, Academic all state players, and Cen-Tex players. | |

Head Coach – Trent Tharp |
Trent Tharp is entering his 3rd year at Impact. While coaching the varsity program at Royse City High School he led his team to the 3A Regional Finals in 2007. Prior to that Trent coached junior high in Mesquite, TX and junior varsity at JJ Pearce in Richardson. He has been coaching USVBA Club Volleyball for the last six years. Trent graduated from West Mesquite High School in 1989, Texas A&M – Commerce in 2000 with a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies, and TWU with a Masters in Kinesiology. He is currently a special-ed math teacher in the Mesquite ISD. | |

Head Coach – Nicole Cadenhead |
Nicole Cadenhead is entering her 2nd year at Impact. In her youth she attended Rockwall Christian Academy and played Volleyball from 7th – 12th grade. After graduating high school, Nicole accepted an offer to play volleyball for Paris Junior College. After playing for two years, she accepted an offer to coach Varsity and Junior Varsity at her alma mater. | |

Head Coach – Randy Lewallyn |
Randy is entering his 3rd season at Impact and has been teaching and coaching volleyball since 1995. Randy began playing volleyball competitively in high school in outdoor tournaments in Dallas and was a setter for Tejas Volleyball Club in 1992 and competed in the Junior Olympic National Championships that year. Randy was the starting setter for Howard Payne University’s Club volleyball team from 1993-1997 and was named to the SIVA All Conference team his senior year and competed in Club Nationals every year in college.
Randy began coaching as a student assistant for the Howard Payne University women’s volleyball program and later became the head coach at Howard Payne from 1997 – 2000. In 2000 Randy changed careers but stayed involved in volleyball as a coach and later as the co-director of the Addison Boy’s Volleyball Club in the North Texas Region for 8 years. Randy is currently the Director of Operations for Texas Stampede, Inc. |

Asst. Coach – Christina Steinkruger |
Christina Steinkruger is entering her second year coaching at Impact. She attends Dallas Baptist University where she plays opposite/setter for the Lady Patriots volleyball program. In her youth, Christina played club and high school volleyball near her hometown just outside Amarillo, Texas. During her four-year tenure on varsity, Christina led her team to two consecutive 2-AA State Championships. In both runs she won Tournament and League MVP awards. | |

Nick Gay is entering his 4th year with Impact. Nick played volleyball at Texas-Tech as a libero and switched to setter his junior/senior year where he was named 2nd team All Big 12 Setter. Nick has been coaching club volleyball for the past 7 years and is in his first year as the Head Coach at Sunnyvale High School. | |

Damon Wilson is entering his 2nd year with Impact. Damon is currently the Head Coach at Rockwall High School. Prior to becoming a Yellow Jacket, Damon was the Head Coach at Howard Payne University for 4 years, followed by a 4 year tenure at Div. 2 University Tarleton. He also was the Head Coach at Crandall High School for three seasons spanning from ’05-07. | |

Terri Riley is entering her 2nd year with Impact. She brings with her a passion for the game as well as 15 years coaching experience. Terri has been coaching in Amarillo, TX where she has taken her team to the playoffs 5 times and to the district championship twice. She graduated from East Central University in Ada, OK with a Bachelor of Science in Health, Physical Education and Recreation. In addition to coaching volleyball Terri teaches physical education in Terrell ISD. | |
