Head Coach – Cherise Nichols

Cherise Nichols is entering her first year coaching at Impact. She played on many club teams and for Rockwall High School as a middle blocker. As a junior at Rockwall she was chosen for the Honorable Mention team in the district. As a senior she made the 2nd Team All-District and received the Most Valuable Player award at Rockwall High School. She declined volleyball scholarship offers to both Northwestern State and Austin College in order to attend SMU. In 2004, Cherise graduated in three years from SMU with a BA degree majoring in Psychology with a minor in Business. Since then, she has coached volleyball and taught English in Mesquite and Royse City. In addition to coaching Cherise is currently pursuing her master’s degree at UNT in Library Science. |
